The ONLY commission that you will find in Pollux will be at the moment of making an "Order book" as a Maker Taker rate. For all other products NO commission is charged, as it is included in the corresponding exchange rate.

We only deduct 0.6% of debits and credits from funding or withdrawals from COMPANY accounts, the rest is exempt from any tax.

Pollux will never ask users for any username and password information in the institutional emails that are sent. Therefore, you should never enter these details in any email from us. This way we avoid dangerous mails such as Phishing.
Your password should be as secure as possible, avoiding names and dates of birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Never share your password with anyone else.
It is always a good idea to have two-factor authentication enabled for your Pollux account. This will provide you with more security and peace of mind when trading.
